Terms of Service
The basics for using MarketDex—accounts, listings, orders, and what happens when something goes wrong.
Who can use MarketDex?
You must be able to form a legally binding agreement in your location. If you’re under the age of majority, use MarketDex only with a parent/guardian’s permission.
Accounts and security
Keep your login details private and use a strong password. You’re responsible for activity on your account unless you report unauthorized access promptly.
Listings and accuracy
Sellers must describe items honestly (condition, edition, language, authenticity, and any defects). Misleading listings may be removed and may lead to account restrictions.
Orders, payments, and fees
When you place an order, you agree to pay the listed price plus applicable taxes, shipping, and platform fees (if any). Payment processing may be handled by third-party providers.
Returns and disputes
Return eligibility depends on the seller’s policy and local consumer rules. If there’s an issue, contact the seller first, then email us and we’ll help review the case.
Prohibited content and conduct
No counterfeit items, stolen goods, harassment, fraud, or attempts to bypass the platform. We may suspend accounts and remove content to keep the marketplace safe.
